The first step is to meet with Jim Groesbeck, owner, general contractor and engineer, and discuss in detail your needs and what you are trying to accomplish. From there, he will create a design and floor plan, working with you closely until it is exactly the way you want it. We tweak these to exactly fit your desires. As needed, we provide 3D renderings so that you can get a better vision of how your home addition will look.

Once the design is agreed upon, we give you a comprehensive and competitive estimate.
