We at Groesbeck Construction believe that you should know up front what your project is going to cost. This means that we take the time to really find out what you want and need, and then do the investigative work to put together an estimate that is accurate. With remodeling projects, we tell our customers what factors we anticipate may be problematic but that we cannot see - such as plumbing and electrical behind walls, roof or floor joists that may need replacing, to name a few. In order to take these factors into account, we recommend you set aside 10-20% of your budget to take care of them.

We also ask our customers up front what their budget is. This way, we can let them know whether or not it is a realistic figure and whether or not it will cover what they want to do. It also enables us to tailor our estimate to their budget when possible.
